I’ve always hated answering machine outgoing messages. What can you say? “We’re not here; please leave a message and we’ll get back to you.” Rully, dahling, that’s just so droll. Can’t we come up with something better? So I have long taken it upon myself to come up with something better. Here are a few of my better outgoing messages:
