Way back in 1975, I realized that The Second Law of Thermodynamics is a Quantum Mechanical Effect. It turns out that I wasn’t the first person to figure this out. This is a paper published in the Hiroshima Journal of Science in 1940. These fellows anticipated my observation that the unidirectionality of time is a direct result of quantum mechanics.
